West Ham United host London rivals Tottenham in the Premier League on Sunday.
Graham Potter’s men will leapfrog Spurs into 16th place with a win over Ange Postecoglou’s side, while both sides have endured disappointing Premier League campaigns.
West Ham are yet to win since their 2-0 triumph over Leicester on 27 February, and supporters will be desperate to see their side beat Spurs.
The Hammers were beaten 4-1 last time out against Tottenham, and the London Stadium faithful will hope to see Potter’s men exact revenge.

Amid their poor run in the Premier League, Postecoglou’s men are on the brink of reaching the Europa League final, and defeated Bodo/Glimt 3-1 in the first leg of their semi-final on Thursday.

Ahead of West Ham’s clash with Spurs, Potter admitted he would like to see the North Londoners go all the way in the European competition.
“They’ve done well in Europe, and hopefully they can finish the job and get into the final,” Potter rather bizarrely said.

West Ham fans will be seething that Potter has said he hopes fierce rivals Tottenham can go all the way in the Europa League.
Very few Hammers fans will share that sentiment and would rather see Spurs fall to a shock defeat in the second leg of their semi-final tie with Bodo/Glimt.
The London Stadium outfit earned serious bragging rights over Tottenham when they won the Conference League in 2023, whereas Spurs have not claimed silverware since lifting the League Cup in 2008.
But if Postecoglou’s men win the Europa League this season, it would supersede West Ham’s Conference League triumph, which the Hammers faithful will not want to see.
West Ham supporters will be disgusted by the fact that Potter would like to see Tottenham claim Europa League glory, while some will say the former Brighton boss is now guilty of a sackable offence.
The Hammers’ woeful Premier League campaign will come as an even tougher pill to swallow if they see London rivals Spurs win a European trophy.
